If you are relocating to a new area, finding a place to stay is the most important thing on your list. A new place means you may be unfamiliar with the lay of the land and might not know where there may be apartments for rent. Thankfully, there are many ways to find out which complexes are full and which ones are not.
When you move into an apartment you can expect to have to live with some limitations such as white walls and no painting allowed, no nail holes in the walls and after a while, it can seem overwhelmingly oppressive without some sort of personalization for your home. However, with a bit of creative finagling, you can create apartment decor that fits your style perfectly.
Here are some things to keep in mind as you look for an apartment that doesnt do credit checks. No credit check apartments are typically owned by individual landlords rather than a large property management company. Individual landlords often own one or two properties. So based on the number tenants they have, its often not worth it to do a credit check. Large apartment complexes almost always do credit checks. The way they see it, they cant afford to lose money on a non-paying tenant, so they do their due diligence upfront to prevent that from happening.
