Luke Hemmings. Living Room. December 18th , 2017.
Traditional Spanish Colonial Style Living Room. The design of the house was a family affair. As it is located in mountainous dessert region, this house has the best view as well as the climate. The living room looks warm and designed in traditional Spanish colonial style or Mediterranean design. The floors connect with patio outside and the ceiling is in groove wood. The special design from this room is hand-carved fireplace from rare Moroccan cantera stone.
Skip the toss pillows. If needed, use a couple of unembellished ones and forget the fringe, lace and flounces. Put away the coffee and end tables also. You can consider the Parsons Styles, simple cubes of wood, laminate and clear acrylic or glass-topped and stone-topped metal tables.
Wall Décor. You can cover your walls with beautiful wall hangings to impart character to the living room. In fact, you can make use of your creative abilities and create some homemade wall hangings, which are also non-expensive. Visit your local poster or art shop and pick some aesthetic prints, which you can get framed and use as wall hangings. Framed family photographs can also be hung on the walls. However, do not cover the walls completely, as it will make the room look cumbersome.
The living room designs here will show you how versatile the interior can be. They are so different and can suit everyone’s style and taste. Scroll down and see whether there is something that can meet you eye and your preferences.
